We are Personal Trainers providing bespoke personalised programmes for clients of all ages and levels of fitness.
Our Personal Training Services are available face-to-face or via our online portal. As an independent Personal Training provider, we have partnered with "Peak Fitness Arena & Gym" in the St.Helens area as it has some of the most optimum training equipment availible.

This service is provided for clients who are busy and require a quick but, effective session to help meet their goals and targets.
The session itself will last 45 minutes, will be specifically tailored to the client and comprise of:
*5-10 Minute Warm Up
*25-35 Minute Resistance Training
*5-10 Minute Cool down with an overview of the overall session.
We require more than 24 hours' notice before cancellation, otherwise it is a 50% fee and if you fail to turn up without cancelling then you are charged for the full session.
For clients who are looking for a longer session to meet their goals, then this service is the one for you.
The session itself will last 90 minutes, will be specifically tailored to the client and comprise of:
*10-15 Minute Warm Up
*10-30 Minute Main Cardiovascular Exercise
*30-60 Minute Resistance Training
*10-15 Minute Cool down with an overview of the overall session.
We require more than 24 hours' notice before cancellation, otherwise it is a 50% fee and if you fail to turn up without cancelling then you are charged for the full session.
These sessions are for the people who feel more comfortable with a partner.
The session itself will last 45 minutes, will be specifically tailored to the client and comprise of:
*5-10 Minute Warm Up
*25-35 Minute Resistance Training
*5-10 Minute Cool down with an overview of the overall session.
We require more than 24 hours' notice before cancellation, otherwise it is a 50% fee and if you fail to turn up without cancelling then you are charged for the full session.
For the clients who prefer to plan ahead of time. Then this is the one for you! We allow a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 20 bookings at a time. With block bookings you will get a free consultation to see were you are in terms of fitness. In the year we promote offers for block bookings which allows us to give 1 free session for every 4 booked.
Block bookings include the 45 minute sessions or the 90 minute sessions. We cannot offer both of these in one block booking.
For block bookings we set dates a week in advance to give you the best flexibility for anyone. However, we can only refund up to 50% on block bookings until 1/4 of the sessions have been used. Also, you only have 2 opportunities to adjust your time slots within a 48-hour notice period. Despite this, we cannot guarantee that time slots will be available during the week. If you fail to turn up to one of the sessions then you are given a warning and if you fail to turn up to another session then we have the right to refuse service and terminate the contract!
For the clients who can't reach us, this is the perfect option for you! We provide a fitness programme based around your goals. We also provide in depth feedback to videos that you send us of your training.
Furthermore, for an additional £10 we can also add an advanced nutrition plan for 1 week, orientated around your goals!
With this service we also offer a 1 to 1 facetime or phone call to clients who wish to talk about their progress and any adjustments that they wish to make to further enhance their programme.
Once payment has been made there is no refund. Moreover, due to working times the personal trainer may not answer immediately upon receiving a message. Please be patient and wait until the trainer replies! But, this will be within a 24 hour period.
